Part-Time | On-Site | Cypress, TX

FlaminCORE is seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our founding instructor team. Instructors will lead engaging, intentional Pilates classes while providing safe technique, proper alignment, modifications, and a welcoming client experience.

• Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully programmed Pilates classes.
• Provide clear verbal and visual cues while monitoring form, alignment, and technique.
• Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels and physical needs.
• Build genuine client relationships and create a warm, welcoming studio experience.
• Maintain a professional studio environment and participate in events, trainings, and continuing education.

• Current Pilates certification from a recognized training organization; STOTT Pilates certification preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a commitment to making every client feel welcome.
• Group fitness or Pilates teaching experience preferred, but not required.
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, physical therapy, athletic training, or other wellness experience is a plus.
• Instructors teaching prenatal or postnatal Pilates must hold an appropriate specialty certification and have relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to continued education and professional development.

Current scheduling needs include:

Morning: 5:00 AM–10:00 AM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

Flexible scheduling is available, and instructors currently teaching at other studios are welcome to apply. We are happy to work around existing teaching commitments.

Before our studio opens, founding instructors will have opportunities to participate in paid pop-up classes, community events, and promotional experiences throughout the Cypress area. 

Upon opening:, Instructors will transition to $25–$50+ per teaching hour/class, based on experience, certifications, education, and relevant professional background.
